Shani is a member of the firm’s Hi-Tech Department.
Shani advises entrepreneurs, start-ups, technology companies and venture capitals in investment transactions and ongoing corporate matters. In addition, Shani is a teaching assistant in Tel Aviv University, where she was a research assistant and editorial member of the “Law, Society and Culture” law journal
