Uri Barak is a member of the Tech Division’s product and commercial technology team. From inception to exit, he advises technology companies on the legal issues at the core of their business, including SaaS and software licensing, use and governance of generative AI technologies, open source compliance and engagements with customers, vendors, distributors and advisors. Uri previously lived and worked in Asia (Taiwan and Shanghai) and is fascinated by emerging technologies, and he brings a fresh, practical and pro-business perspective to whatever matter he advises on.
