Dana Qaq

Associate

Dana Qaq is an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman’s Corporate & Securities Department. Her practice focuses on international mergers and high-value investment rounds. Dana has amassed wide-ranging experience in representing corporate clients of all sizes by having represented buyers in complex cross-border M&A transactions, domestic and foreign investors, as well as startups and established Israeli-tech companies. In addition, she assists clients in their ongoing corporate governance matters and commercial transactions.

Dana has also acquired a particular expertise in transactions involving companies in the field of digital assets (cryptocurrencies and other digital currencies).

Prior to joining Herzog, Dana received her LLB First Class Honours Degree from Cardiff University, where she was twice awarded the International Merit Scholarship for outstanding academic performance. She also achieved a First Class Degree in the Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on matters of international merger control, shareholder litigation, US corporate law, and detailed analysis of deal dynamics and shareholder defence strategies in UK public takeovers.

At Cardiff University, Dana enjoyed being a legal research assistant in Duncan Lewis Solicitors’ Pro Bono Law Clinic. During her time at the University of Cambridge, Dana was General Editor of the Cambridge International Law Journal.
