The Health & Life Sciences Regulation group provides comprehensive advice to an extensive group of clients, including some of the best known multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies having a presence in Israel, as well as to Israeli distributors of pharmaceuticals, food and food supplements, international clinical trial organisers, and a number of Israel's hospitals and health funds (HMOs) with respect to a variety of issues.

The Food and Drug Regulation group has substantial experience in all regulatory matters and requirements including with respect to: importation, registration, marketing, storage, recall procedures, clinical trials, labelling, advertising of pharmaceuticals, promotional campaigns, research and development, compliance, donations, relationship with physicians (funding, gifts, etc.), funding/sponsoring medical conventions and clinical trials and other related matters. This involves an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the relationship between the local representatives and international pharmaceutical companies or manufacturers of medical devices and the substantive legal issues arising between such companies and healthcare providers. The team also provides advice in the area of food and food supplements, including with respect to consumer protection issues relating to the marketing and sales of such products to consumers.
