Amir Shmueli is a member of the firm’s banking and finance practice where he represents banks, financial institutions and companies in a wide variety of financing transactions, in Israel and abroad.  In addition, Amir advises clients in a broad range of sectors on their international commercial activity.
Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Amir was an associate for 8 years in the financing group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
