Adina is a partner in the banking and finance team at Herzog Fox & Neeman. Adina works with international and local finance parties and borrowers on a wide range of debt and refinancing transactions. Adina has acted for financial institutions including HSBC Bank, HSBC Suisse Bank, Discount Bank, the European Investment Bank, DK Partners, CLS Bank, Goldman Sachs, Citibank and local companies including Mellanox, IEC, Credorax and Checkmarx.

Adina is also part of the cross-departmental international team at Herzog Fox & Neeman and advises on cross border mergers, investments and acquisitions (on both buyer and seller side).

Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Adina worked as a solicitor at a large London law firm in London in their corporate team.

Adina is dual-licensed, in Israel and England and Wales.

Highlights from recent years include:
• Advised Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd. in leading the long-term NIS 2.8 billion refinancing of Haifa Port, constituting one of the largest financings in 2025, and securing the stability of a vital asset for the Israeli economy
• Advising the Oaktree fund in relation to the sale of their interests in the Veridis group to Delek Motors valued at approximately NIS 1 billion
• Advising an international investment fund in relation to the financing of the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Jerusalem
• Advising Ariston Thermo a global leading company in the water heating industry on the acquisition of a majority interest in Atmor Industries
• Advising lead investors in relation to their investment in Roboteam
