Nathan (Naftali) Adler

Nathan is a team member in the firm’s Banking and Finance Department. Nathan originally joined the firm from Slaughter and May, having spent 7 years at their head office in London. Nathan has significant experience in a wide range of cross-border banking, financing, restructuring and M&A work, and has regularly represented leading banks, international corporations, private equity houses and alternative investment funds on market leading transactions.
