Natalie Jacobs is a partner at Herzog Fox and Neeman, in the firm’s Banking & Finance Department, heading the structured finance and derivatives practice area.

Natalie has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on derivatives, securitizations, structured finance and structured products, including swaps and ISDA documentation, capital relief transactions, securitizations, custody and brokerage agreements, fund review, and capital markets.
Natalie has been involved in the legislation process of the Israeli Securitization Law, as well as the adaptation of financial products to the local regulatory regime and requirements.

Natalie’s experience includes ISDA and other types of derivatives documentation, synthetic securitizations (CLNs) and cash securitizations, structured notes, capital relief trades, custody and brokerage agreements, and other financial products.

Natalie has been teaching and lecturing about derivatives and structured products in various forums including the Israeli Financial Institute.
