Saar Warner-Lipton

Saar Warner-Lipton primarily advises family offices and private clients on international real estate investment, including acquisitions, development, financing, and joint venture arrangements, as well as providing outside general counsel advisory. He provides strategic support throughout the investment lifecycle, helping clients evaluate, structure, and manage real estate opportunities across asset classes and jurisdictions.

Saar draws on a broad legal and commercial background, having practiced at several global law firms on U.S. and international real estate matters, combined with hands-on investment experience, deploying capital in alternative assets across diverse markets worldwide on behalf of a large Israeli pension fund as well as several family offices. He has particular experience in the hospitality sector, including advisory work on luxury flagged resort and branded-residence projects.

Outside of his legal practice, Saar is active in an urban-planning policy nonprofit in Israel and is a licensed Israeli tour guide.
