Shani Avraham

Shani Avraham is a Senior Associate with more than eight years of experience in real estate law and a member of our real estate finance team.

Shani represents leading developers and real estate companies in complex acquisition and disposition transactions, urban renewal projects (including Tama 38 and Pinui Binui), and the development of large-scale residential, office, and commercial projects.

In addition, Shani advises lenders, institutional investors, investment funds, and non-bank financing entities in financing and investment transactions involving real estate assets and complex projects, with aggregate transaction values reaching hundreds of millions of shekels. In this capacity, she has represented these clients in several high-profile and precedent-setting investment transactions, many of which attracted significant coverage in the financial press.

Shani also represents private investors in real estate acquisition and investment transactions.

Shani is recognized for seamlessly integrating deep legal expertise with a sophisticated commercial and financial understanding of the real estate market, enabling her to deliver strategic, business-oriented counsel and develop creative solutions that facilitate the successful execution of complex transactions.

Shani earned both her LL.B. and LL.M. in Law (2016) from Bar-Ilan University, where she graduated from the university’s direct honors program for outstanding students.

Prior to joining our firm, Shani served for six years in the Prime Minister’s Office.
