Eyal Sharon

Eyal Theodor Sharon is a partner in the Planning, Construction & Municipal Taxation Department and heads the firm’s Planning and Construction practice.

Eyal specialises in advising on and providing legal support throughout planning and building permit proceedings before all planning and judicial authorities in Israel, and is regarded as one of the leading and most prominent lawyers in the field.

Prior to joining the firm, Eyal served as Chair of the District Planning and Building Appeals Committee and the District Appeals Committee for Compensation and Betterment Levies in the Central, Haifa and Northern Districts, issuing hundreds of decisions on these matters. Before serving on the Appeals Committees, Eyal gained extensive experience in private practice, regularly advising and representing a wide range of clients, including real estate developers, landowners, government-owned companies, public companies, hotel chains, local planning committees and local authorities, healthcare, cultural and educational institutions, and numerous private companies involved in residential, energy and employment projects.
