Talia Blazer

Talia Blazer is a partner in the Planning, Construction & Municipal Taxation Department and heads the firm’s Municipal Taxation practice.

Talia has extensive experience in municipal taxation, including municipal property tax (Arnona), development levies, establishment fees, betterment levies, building fees and related charges. She handles high-value matters and represents both taxpayers and authorities in litigation proceedings before various courts and appeal committees. In addition, Talia is involved in real estate litigation matters and has also experience in planning and zoning matters. Talia provides ongoing legal advice and representation to a broad range of taxpayers, including some of Israel’s largest companies and organizations, among them high-tech companies, real estate owners, infrastructure companies, contractors and developers, manufacturing companies, government-owned companies, non-profit organizations, public institutions and other leading market participants.
