Avihu is an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate Department.

Avihu specializes in advising on a wide range of real estate transactions, including real estate financing, leasing of income-producing properties, and complex purchase and sale transactions.

Avihu counsels clients on all legal aspects of real estate transactions – from the initial structuring of the deal through execution – including conducting due diligence, designing the contractual framework, and drafting the agreement and its ancillary documents.

In his practice, Avihu represents a variety of clients, including investment funds, financing institutions, high-tech companies, and other international corporations.
