Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice is among the largest in Israel, specialising in representing multinational companies before Israeli courts. The firm’s practice is the “first stop” for disputes in Israel involving an international or multi-jurisdictional element, claims involving foreign litigants and high-profile class action suits.
The practice is divided into four groups:
- Commercial Litigation – The Commercial Litigation department has extensive experience in handling a wide range of disputes involving corporate, securities, administrative and contract law before various local and international tribunals.
- Corporate & Securities Litigation – The Corporate & Securities Litigation group’s expertise comprises all facets of securities-related litigation and disputes, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits and internal investigations.
- Class Actions – The Class Actions group regularly manages the most high-profile and complex class actions in Israel, and possesses unrivalled experience in all aspects of a wide range of domestic and cross-border disputes in a variety of disciplines.
- Arbitration and ADR - Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) are an integral part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution’s practice. In an effort to avoid the expenses and disruptions to business operations often associated with litigation, the Arbitration group advises clients regarding all aspects of court action and, when appropriate, recommends realistic alternative solutions.
