Chen is a partner in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. She specialises in advising on a wide range of disputes involving civil litigation and administrative and commercial law issues.

Chen represents clients before the Israeli courts as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings and is also involved in administrative proceedings regarding decisions and actions of public authorities in Israel.
