Nadav Doron

Adv. Nadav Doron is an associate in the Litigation Department at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, specializing in commercial, administrative, and civil litigation.

He represents leading Israeli and international companies, public and private corporations, institutional clients and public authorities in complex disputes before all judicial instances, including the Supreme Court of Israel.

Nadav has particular expertise in administrative law, with a strong focus on public procurement and tender litigation. He advises and represents clients throughout all stages of public tender proceedings, including bid strategy and submission, ongoing advice to public entities and tender committees, and representation in administrative petitions and appeals involving public procurement matters.

In addition, Nadav represents clients in complex commercial disputes, contractual litigation, shareholder disputes, employment law matters and defamation proceedings.

Alongside his litigation practice, Nadav serves as the standing legal counsel to Tel Aviv National Sports Center Ltd. and Heichal HaTarbut Tel Aviv, providing ongoing legal advice on administrative, commercial and municipal law matters, including the drafting of public tenders, commercial agreements and other complex legal documentation.
