Our expertise includes a wide range of corporate lending transactions, debt financings, capital structure arrangements, liquidity requirements, marketing and selling restrictions and custody and prime brokerage, including the provision of relevant regulatory advice as relevant.

The core business of our department is major corporate lending transactions, primarily although not exclusively on behalf of banks and other reputable institutional lenders, both overseas and domestic.

Our department is first choice for the world's leading financial institutions entering into financial transactions with Israeli counterparts, as well as Israel's major banks lending overseas, including numerous overseas export credit agencies, (such as EXIM, Hermes, ECGD , UKEF and others).

We are involved on an ongoing basis in the most significant and complex transactions, and have experience in advising the different constituents – an advantage which opens the door to foreign issuers, financial institutions and securities firms engaged in marketing and offering financial products in Israel, including regulatory, tax and practical advice. The firm acted on the first successful listing of foreign ETFs on the TASE, and currently advises a number of international ETF issuers.
