Natan Wiesenberg is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. Natan’s practice focuses on cross border M&A, corporate financing and ongoing commercial and corporate advice. As part of Natan’s M&A practice, he has advised some of the largest international corporations on their M&A activity in Israel, including Microsoft Corporation, ServiceNow, LinkedIn, FedEx, Fortive, SKF and L’Oreal. Natan is also a trusted advisor to Israeli companies on their M&A activity both in Israel and internationally. In addition, Natan provides advisory services to international and Israeli companies at all stages of the corporate life-cycle on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Natan was an associate in the corporate division of Herbert Smith Freehills (London, England), where he gained experience working on a range of complex corporate transactions, with  clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, BAT, EDF and Bank of Ireland.

Natan’s notable transactions include:

  • Advising Microsoft in its 9 recent acquisitions in Israel: Aorato, Equivo, N-Trig, Adallom, Secure Islands, Hexadite, Cloudyn, CyberX and Peer5.
  • Advising LinkedIn on its acquisition of Oribi.
    Advising Fortive Corporation in its acquisition of Orpak Systems at a company valuation of $225 million.
    Advising ServiceNow in its acquisitions of SkyGiraffe and Appsee.
    Advising Medallia in its acquisitions of Kampyle and Cooladata.
  • Advising Open Web on its acquisition of Hive Media and adyoulike.
  • Advising Cheq Technologies on its acquisition of Ensighten.
    Advising SKF in its acquisition of Presenso.
    Advising FedEx Corporation in its acquisition of the International Express Business of the Flying Cargo Group.
  • Advising Private equity firm Siris Capital on its acquisition of Xura for approximately $643 million.
    Advising GE Ventures on its investments in Israel, including in Morphisec, mPrest and Nexar.
