As the head of Herzog’s E-Commerce Department, Gil has, for over a decade, counselled the world’s leading internet gaming and fintech companies with respect to corporate and commercial issues. Together with his team, Gil has led the development of Herzog Fox & Neeman’s industry leading Cryptocurrency Practice.
His practice focuses on advising clients in innovative industries on a range of issues concentrating primarily on matters pertaining to licensing, regulation, litigation and day-to-day operations. Gil’s experience in such industries has dove-tailed into advising cryptocurrency clients in their strategic planning towards Initial Coin Offerings and advising established clients looking to incorporate cryptocurrencies and block-chain technology in their existing businesses. In addition, Gil provides counsel to traditional financial sector players looking to expand their businesses into the world of cryptocurrency.
