Representation of Apax Partners and the Psagot Group in a refinancing transaction of approx. NIS 1.4 billion. Acquisition by Permira Partners of 66% of Netafim Ltd., based upon a company valuation of over US$ 850 million. Representation of Mr. David Wertheim in his various agreements regarding his indirect holdings in CBC (Coca Cola Israel), The Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and Aloni Hetz. Representation of Indorama Ventures in its purchase of the control stake in Avgol Industries 1953 ltd. for approx. US$ 300 million.
