We are pleased to announce that Herzog represented Airobotics in its acquisition by Ondas. Ondas will acquire all of the share capital of Airobotics through a reverse triangular merger, in consideration of Ondas shares. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022.

The Herzog team was led by partners Yuval Meidar, Gilad Yacubovich, Dr. Ehab Farah, Shachar Porat, Niv Sivan, Orly Katzir, Ohad Elkeslassy, Gal Eschet, and Iris Achmon, along with associates Tomer Amsalem, Ofri Mor, Yara Ayoub, Tslil Bar Bainvol, Guy Cohen and Dor Furer. Interns Omer Cohen and Hodaya Baruch were part of the Herzog team as well.
