After over two decades as our client, 888 Holdings, one of the world’s leading online betting and gaming companies, has acquired the renowned William Hill International.
888 has acquired all of William Hill’s activity outside the US based on an enterprise value of £2.2 Billion. The deal will allow 888 to significantly increase its scale and further diversify its product mix.
