Adam is an experienced dual-qualified lawyer in Israel and England & Wales, specializing in the technology and iGaming sectors. He advises multinationals and VCs on their activities in the “Start-Up Nation”, including acquisitions, minority investments, SAFEs, joint ventures, carve-out deals and strategic commercial collaborations.

Adam has been recognised in leading legal directories since 2022 and is currently ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 for Commercial, Corporate and M&A.

In recent years, Adam has developed a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions in the iGaming sector, representing operators, B2B suppliers and affiliates alike. Recent notable matters include advising Superbet on Blackstone Tactical Opportunities’ EUR 1.3 billion investment in the group, advising Legend (owner of Casino.org) on its USD 1.2 billion sale to Genius Sports and advising Evoke pls on its acquisition of the non-US assets of William Hill for EUR 2.25bn.

Adam also works closely with iGaming founders on their strategic transactions and exits and his recent experience includes the sale of Graphyte to Optimove, the sale of AGS to Evolution AB and the tie up between Impala Digital and Entain plc. Adam’s current focus includes opportunities across CEE, Africa, and LATAM, where he assists clients in expanding their geographical footprint through strategic partnerships in these emerging markets.

Prior to joining Herzog, Adam trained and practiced as a solicitor in the London office of Pinsent Masons LLP. He continues to maintain strong ties to the UK and broader international legal community through his role on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
