We are proud to have represented our long-standing client in another acquisition in Israel. Microsoft completed its purchase of CyberX , a provider of industrial IoT cybersecurity, helping Microsoft enhance its IoT security offering in Azure.

This marks the 8th Microsoft acquisition in Israel led by Janet and Natan on behalf of Microsoft in recent years. We are honored to be part of Microsoft’s continued journey and growth in Israel.
