Herzog's Asia practice is the first practice of its kind in Israel. Herzog is the law firm of choice for Israeli clients doing business abroad and is attuned to the opportunities and challenges of engaging in cross-border, cross-cultural business matters.
In recent years, there has been a shift in the global structure of business, with a rise in the number of Israeli companies operating worldwide and foreign clients interested in investing in Israeli companies and start-ups. The upsurge is particularly prominent in Asian Pacific countries.
Consequently, our forward-thinking firm has established the Asia Pacific practice as a response to the changing global landscape. Our practice is comprised of three desks, China, Japan and Korea, with the objective of providing legal solutions to these particular geographical areas in which we see a rise in activity. These desks are of course beyond our firm's traditional international operations, in which we represent clients from the U.S., Europe, Australia and more.
Our teams for each desks were carefully handpicked in order to provide solutions that are efficient, effective and applicable to the specific geographical area and its differences. The leading attorneys in our teams have previously worked in the corresponding countries and are therefore deeply knowledgeable of the local culture, languages and smallest nuances.
