The firm has been operating for several years in a specialized department that focuses on representing purchasing groups.  Today the team works with many purchasing groups in central Israel and surrounding areas.

The department provides a wide array of services.  The services include providing legal advice on compiling the group and its establishment, legal support for land acquisition and tax advice at all stages of the transaction.  In addition the firm also provides legal services with regard to project financing, including in obtaining financial loans for the group. The firm provides legal services eith regard to the preparation of the agreements with the contractor and the various consultants in the project and ongoing accompaniment of the group to deliver new apartments to the group and register building complexes.
