Herzog Fox & Neeman represented a purchasing group in their petition to the Nazareth District Court against the results of a tender held by the Israel Land Authority for the allocation of land in Bet Shean, which was also won by the purchasing group.  The petition regarding the win by the purchasing group was denied, with costs levied in their favour.

The purchasing group was represented by Adv. Dana Kashi from the Litigation Department.
