Herzog Fox & Neeman represented American beverage giant, PepsiCo, Inc., in their acquisition of SodaStream International Ltd. for $3.2bn.
PepsiCo were represented by Yair Geva, Aviram Hazak, Guy Katz, Maayan Hammer-Tzeelon, Ehab Farah, Eti Portook and Michal Herzfeld.
