Congratulations to our client, VINFAST LLC, the fast-growing Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, and a member of Vietnam’s largest multi-sector conglomerate, Vin Group, for leading an investment round of up to $80 Million in StoreDot Ltd., the Israeli pioneer of extreme fast charging (XFC) battery technology for electric vehicles. This investment marks the beginning of a strategic collaboration between both companies and we are proud to have taken part in this transaction. The work was led by co-Head of our Asia Practice Gilad Majerowicz together with M&A partner Adina Shapiro and M&A associate Dana Qaq. Our A-Team also included Karen Elburg, Efrat Kesler Kadmon, Hen Tirosh, Samuel Berkowitz, Juchan Yoon, Nadav Lev, Eti Portook, and Einat Steiner.
