Juchan is a member of Herzog Fox & Neeman Commercial Department and Korea Practice team.

Juchan assists international and domestic clients in various matters related to their business activity in Israel, including drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, advising on corporate maintenance matters, and assisting in corporate incorporation in Israel.

Juchan is a Korean – Israeli attorney who speaks Korean and Hebrew as native languages.

Prior to joining Herzog, Juchan advised several Israeli companies in connection with their business activity in Korea and also worked as a Korean market analyst in an Israeli fintech start-up.

Juchan has an LL.B degree from the University of Haifa (Israel), and he is a member of the Israel Bar Association.
