Congratulations to our long-standing client NeoGames for the completion of their sale to Aristocrat Leisure, for a consideration of approximately $1.2 Billion! This mega transaction was signed in May 2023 and closed now, and is the largest gaming transaction in Israel in the last few years. Kudos to Latham who also acted for NeoGames on this transaction and Freshfields who acted for Aristocrat.
