Congratulations to our client, Silexion Therapeutics Ltd., a clinical-stage, oncology-focused biotechnology company, for closing a business combination with Moringa Acquisition Corp, a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The shares of the combined company – Silexion Therapeutics Corp – began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker “SLXN”.
