Meitav’s Global Share Offering Raises NIS 500M

We are proud to have represented Meitav Investment House Ltd, one of Israel’s leading investment institutions, in its successful global offering of shares to both international and Israeli institutional investors.

The total amount raised in the offering was approximately NIS 500 million (US$153 million), with strong demand generated through an intensive bookbuilding process – a clear signal of the market’s confidence in Meitav and its continued growth.
