Our client Superbet signed an agreement to acquire Napoleon Games Group

In another landmark deal in the gaming world, our clients and friends at Superbet signed an agreement to acquire Napoleon Games Group, a leading Belgian operator with an online, retail arcade and sports betting business. We worked on this deal with several partners: Oakvale Capital, PJT Partners, CMS, PwC, and Latham & Watkins.

Our Managing Partner, Gil White, and partners Michal Herzfeld, Adam Salkin, Daniel Lipman Lowbeer and Liran Barak represented Superbet in this deal.
