We are proud to have advised Arcadia Gaming Solutions (acquired by Evolution), an iGaming technology company based in Amsterdam, on its sale to Gaming Technology Group.
The deal, expected to close by the end of 2024 (subject to closing conditions), includes an up-front cash consideration of $2.5 million, with an earn-out in 2027 based on the performance of Arcadia’s games.
We are thrilled to have played a role in bringing these two innovative companies together and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them!
