Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited announced on March 7th 2018, the pricing of an offering of $4.5 Billion senior notes. Herzog Fox & Neeman acted as Israeli Counsel for Barclays Bank Plc, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Merrill Lynch International, Credit Suisse Securities, HSBC Bank plc, and BNP Paribas as the joint book-runners and managers of the offering.

This offering required the cooperation of the Corporate Department led by Ron Ben-Menachem, Ory Nacht, Stav Harel and May Dahan, as well as the Tax Department led by Yuval Navot, Eldad Chamam, Ehab Farah and Eitan Ella.
