Eitan Ella

Eitan is among a select group of Herzog lawyers who are also certified public accountants (CPAs). His practice focuses on corporate taxation, private clients, and trusts. Eitan has significant experience in tax due diligence and restructuring for large-scale M&A transactions, as well as representing multinational groups and individuals in tax audits. He also advises on governmental tax incentives and approvals and handles various administrative proceedings before the Israel Tax Authority.
Before joining Herzog, Eitan worked in the Tax Department at Ernst & Young (EY), and previously served at the Israel Innovation Authority alongside the Deputy Chief Scientist. In parallel with his legal practice, Eitan spent six years teaching at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the College of Law and Business, where he lectured on corporate and labor law.
