Herzog is proud to have served as counsel to Barclays Bank in connection with Israel Discount Bank’s inaugural €500 million Covered Bonds offering to international investors.

The transaction was led by Partners Irit Roth (Banking & Finance), Ron Ben-Menachem (Capital Markets), Roy Nachimzon (Banking & Finance) and Mohammad Mawasi (Capital Markets), together with Associates Nathan Adler (Banking & Finance) and Hillel Billauer (Capital Markets). Dr. Ehab Farah advised on tax matters.
