Proud to have served as counsel to Bank Leumi in its inaugural €750 million Covered Bonds offering to international investors—the first-ever offering of Covered Bonds by an Israeli issuer. This landmark transaction ranks among the most complex and innovative deals we have worked on.

The transaction was led by Partners Irit Roth (Banking and Finance) and Ron Ben-Menachem (Capital Markets) together with Roy Nachimzon (Banking and Finance), Nir Dash (co-head of Corporate and Capital Markets), Mohammad Mawasi (Capital Markets), and Dr. Ehab Farah (Tax) with Associates Nathan Adler (Banking and Finance), Hillel Billauer (Capital Markets), and Shmuel Berzon (Capital Markets).
