The firm has acted in the listing of Israeli ETFs on the TASE, and currently advises a number of Israeli ETF issuers.

Herzog Fox & Neeman regularly advises many foreign financial institutions on the legal, regulatory and tax implications of entering into OTC Derivatives and other financial products with Israeli counterparties, as well as providing drafting and negotiating input for both foreign financial institutions and Israeli companies entering into such transactions. In addition to advising on industry standard derivatives documentation, Herzog Fox & Neeman has drafted specific contractual documentation for OTC Derivatives on behalf of local clients.

Herzog Fox & Neeman has provided legal opinions to the vast majority of foreign financial institutions that do business with Israel in relation to the enforceability of ISDA documentation, as well as provided drafting and negotiating input for both foreign financial institutions and Israeli companies in relation to the ISDA documentation. The firm was also actively involved in giving input and recommendations to the government in connection with the recent enactment of netting and collateral legislation and other financial markets related legislation.
