Our client Neogames, has completed a $145 million secondary offering on Nasdaq. The offering was underwritten by a group of banks led by J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank. NeoGames is the world leader in online lottery solutions and we also assisted with its IPO in November 2020. Our managing partner, Gil White, led the team alongside partners Ron Ben-Menachem and Dr. Ehab Farah and associates Joshua Ravitz and Mohammad Mawasi.
