As the head of Herzog’s E-Commerce Department, Gil has counselled the world’s leading internet gaming and fintech companies with respect to corporate and commercial issues for over a decade. With his team, Gil has led the development of Herzog’s industry leading Cryptocurrency Practice.
His practice focuses on advising clients in innovative industries on a range of issues, concentrating primarily on matters pertaining to licensing, regulation, litigation and day-to-day operations.
