Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Superbet, operator of retail betting shops in Romania and Poland as well as online betting, in a strategic equity investment of £175 million by Blackstone, one of the world’s leading private equity firms. This matter was led by Gil White and Ran Hai together with Adam Salkin, Daniel Lipman Lowbeer, Itay Lavi and Yochay Moshe.

Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Reality Investment Fund in their NIS 96 million acquisition of “Beit Mars” in Tel Aviv. Following the acquisition, Beit Mars’ 3.6 acres are expected to include residential and commercial buildings in the future. The deal was led by Head of Real Estate, Moshe Hardi, together with Chen Ginon-Cohen.
