Herzog Fox & Neeman Advises Brigend in the Acquisition of ‘Costa Bingo’

Herzog  advised Brigend, a subsidiary of 888 Holdings, on the acquisition of Costa Bingo, the largest company in the online bingo community, for £18 million, further strengthening 888’s position in the UK online bingo market.

The transaction was led by Itai Sarfaty, together with Daniel Lipman Lowbeer, Moria Tam Harshoshanim, Jenia Melkhior, Ido Manor, Adina Gluckman and Marian Fertleman.
