The offering was conducted as a PIPE transaction (Private Placement in Public Equity), in which Elbit issued and sold shares to Israeli institutional investors and registered these shares with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, on a Registration Statement on Form F-3 and listed the shares on NASDAQ.
