Herzog Fox & Neeman represented ‘Contentsquare’, the French platform for digital experience in acquisition of ‘Clicktale’, an Israeli startup that analyses customer’s behavior.

The deal, which was done both in shares and cash, was made in cooperation with ‘Cooley’ as a partner consultant and was led by partner Yair Geva, head of High-tech, alongside his department members: Yuval Zilber and Miri Wang.
