Herzog Fox & Neeman Represented Reality Investment Fund in Acquisition of Beit Mars

Herzog Fox & Neeman represented Reality Investment Fund in their NIS 96 million acquisition of “Beit Mars” in Tel Aviv. Following the acquisition, Beit Mars’ 3.6 acres are expected to include residential and commercial buildings in the future. The deal was led by Head of Real Estate, Moshe Hardi, together with Chen Ginon-Cohen.
