Alibaba Buys Israeli Augmented Reality Startup InfinityAR

Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has acquired Israeli augmented reality startup – InfinityAR. “Alibaba is very interested in our product because it is an open platform, and it believes that it will be a milestone in the shopping and gaming world in the near future” said CEO Motti Kushnir.

The deal was led by our Partner Yair Geva, Head of Hi-Tech; Adina Shapiro, Partner in Commercial and Michal Herzfeld, from Mergers and Acquisitions.
