Herzog Fox & Neeman represented ‘Servicefriend’ in its acquisition by Facebook.
In the era when costumer experience is a desirable need, Servicefriend developed a hybrid chatbot that combines artificial intelligence and human communication capablities, allowing buisinesses to communicate with their clients in a way that has yet to be seen.
The susccesful acquisition was led by head of Transfer Pricing practice, partner Eyal Bar Zvi alongside Hi-tech member, advocate Yigaal Shaked.
