Leaderim, leading insurance broker in Israel, arranging commercial insurance portfolios and providing independent insurance consultancy services, have signed an agreement for the sale of its business to the Willis Watson Tower group, a leading global insurance advisory, broking, and insurance solutions group currently traded on Nasdaq valued at $29 billion.

The seller was represented by our partners, Ran Hai, Co-Head of our Corporate & Securities Department, and Asaf Nahum, an M&A Partner, together with Moshe Minster and Ofri Mor. Other team members working on the deal were partners Maayan Hammer and Dr. Ehab Farah, IP Partner Jenia Melkhior, Olga Pery, who advised on privacy matters, and Tom Waltner, who advised on the regulatory aspects of the deal.
